Where’s the System Restore service gone in my Vista Home Premium ?

Have you ever wondered what you can do if the System Restore function is not active anymore on Windows Vista ? Here’s what happened to me : I wanted to create a new system restore point and the button was not available. That was possible due to using a “tweaking” program and not paying enough attention to setting I’ve changed. Anyway…
I rushed to Computer Management (right clicked on Computer icon and selected that) then I started looking for the System Restore Service, as the service was known in Windows XP. No sign of it ! I started to worry about system settings being altered by some virus or malware crap. But here’s what I found : the System Restore is now called Windows Backup.
Here’s how to set up the service in order to be able to use system restore again :
